In 1999, Chef Neil Nicolosi developed
and perfected several signature stuffed breads.  

Similar to Stromboli, they are delicious ingredients folded and rolled into an Italian dough and baked to perfection.

Over the years, Chef Nicolosi expanded his line of stuffed breads and trademarked the name, a combination of 
"Stromboli" and "Nicolosi".
The Strombolosi ® was born.
